The essay is one of the most talked about pieces of a college application. This workshop will review why the essay is important, choosing a topic, and advice from an experienced application reader on how to make your essay stand out.

Case Studies: How We Assess Applications
For this case study session, you will be an admissions officer at a selective university – and review applicants for a spot at a fictional school. 沿着这条路, you will learn about a holistic review of a college application, how to make your application stand out, and what parts of the application are most important for admission.

This 30-minute conversation is an opportunity for you to share your interests and experiences which allows our team to best support you through your college search and application process. Interviews are recommended for admission, and are a required step to be eligible for our top merit scholarship, the College Scholar Award.
